Easter is coming!

Elliot is pretty excited that Easter is coming.  "We go to Dili (our niece) and then Easter comes!  How exciting!"  When we go outside, many trees have plastic Easter eggs hanging on the trees.  I guess I should take a picture!  It is hard to catch on video, but Elliot is really dramatic.  I realized that the other day.  It is quite funny.  He just doesn't talk.  He TALKS.  With his hands, face and whole body.

 

 

 

 

Elliot put lots of this shiny stuff on the eggs...and the eggs got stuck to the egg carton when it dried...we'll have egg salad soon.

 

 

Nolan can turn a 360!  I am cheating a little...he sits on his rump on the mat in the boys' room and uses his feet to turn himself.  Otherwise, no teeth, no crawling...BUT he can drink out of a glass!!!!  I am excited about that!  Andre bought this really expensive sippy cup--and of course, he didn't want it.  After about two weeks of trying, I just gave up and went to a normal glass.  Why should I buy different expensive sippy cup???  It took him about a week, but he has it down now!

Pinchers and Crocus

Nolan's pinchers are starting to work!  He was rolling the little ball in the middle of the rattle with his index finger.  We have tried giving him a little piece of bread and he is starting to pick it up with his pinchers, but he doesn't put it in his mouth.  It is just so amazing how children grow and develop.  I guess I will have to start vacuuming more often....

March 3

There is nothing special about March 3, I just took lots of pictures and videos!

Trying to get a picture of chubby legs!  Andre has asked me several time lately, "Did Elliot move/wiggle this much?"  HAHAHAHAHA!  He has forgotten....

 

Elliot has gotten into mazes.  Andre printed him off a huge stack--they were done in about 30 minutes.

Just Growing So Fast....

 It got cold again and is snowing.  Elliot just loves getting out and making footprints.  I got this picture before we went outside!  He was such a big helper yesterday.  He has really started shopping with me.  He knows where the cucumbers are and gets them for me.  He enjoys putting things--actually throwing things--in the cart.  Just growing up so fast!

 

 

Elliot used to run the vacuum without power, now he has to really vacuum.  I'll take it!

 

Nolan is doing a really good job of sitting up and playing.  We set up the playpen the other day.  He really is learning to keep himself busy.

Bed Time

When I mean bed time, I really don't mean the time everyone goes to bed at night.  This is the time the whole family is wrestling, Elliot is jumping or just sitting around on our big bed!  I really treasure the times.  I guess it evolved because Elliot is not allowed to jump, stomp or run in our apt (neighbor below us is not fond of children) and just about every day, he has excess energy that he has to get out.
